What to expect when you book with us
1. Consultation
What is a Consultation?
From the very beginning of your journey with Amber, the best client experience is paramount. After Contacting us, we will schedule you in the diary for a private phone consultation. This is where Amber will walk you through the whole process of your beautiful Maternity Session you are about to embark on and answer any questions you may have. We discuss your color preferences, ideas, wardrobe selection and wall-art idea's whilst ensuring every tiny detail of your session is covered and noted prior to photographing for your beautiful family and bumperoo! We will then book your date in our diary.
2. Session
What happens during my Maternity Session?
Prior to arriving for your Maternity Session Amber will have sent you her Checklist and Morning Prep Guide to ensure you have everything you need for your session. With nearly a decade of experience these guides include lots of tips and tricks to help with ensuring you have everything you need ready prior to your session. When you arrive at the Cosy Warm Panda Creative Studio, Amber will be ready to work her magic and capture your beautiful family and bump! She will talk through her workflow and ensure you are comfortable throughout - Capturing many memories in the process!
3. Purchasing Appointment
What is a Purchasing Appointment?
Around 2-3 weeks after your Session you will be invited back to the studio for your Private Viewing and Ordering Appointment. This where you get to sit back, View and Purchase your gorgeous photographs taken. Information will be sent out prior to your appointment in order to prepare for your Wall-Art selection/s and details on payment methods available. This is also a fantastic opportunty to book in your Newborn Session to keep documenting your families forever memories.
4. Order Collection
When can I collect my order?
Once your bespoke order has been made by our expert craftsmen here in the U.K, we will contact you to come and collect your beautiful products purchased!

£99 non refundable retainer required in order to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final order. You can decide on your collection after your session at your exclusive private gallery viewing. Booking your session secures the pricing at that time. Product credit is valid for 3 weeks from your viewing.
